The prices quoted on our product pages are exclusive of shipping costs. These will be added at checkout once delivery details have been determined.

As we are just getting started, all prices quoted are exclusive of VAT. We reserve the right to change this and such inclusion will be clearly itemised and added at the checkout once active.

All transactions made on this site are on the understanding  that you have read and agree to our Terms and Conditions. Your statutory rights are not affected.

Prices and Payment
All prices quoted on this site are in € euros and are currently exclusive of VAT. Postage and packaging are not included in the quoted product price and will be added at checkout stage.

Sizing
We have made every effort to provide you with as much sizing detail as possible by indicating dimensions and providing dynamic montages of how the image and size will appear in typical room scenarios. Due to the a-typical format of panoramic prints it is important that these dimensions are considered carefully before making your purchase.

We recommend that you envisage the size and shape of your preferred image by marking it out on your wall of choice using decorators’ masking tape (which doesn’t damage paintwork). Ensure to take account of the additional margin dimension if you choose one of our framing options.

Print-only orders
All non-framed orders will be wrapped in protective tissue and sent out in cardboard tubes with handling instructions. These tubes have a 10cm diameter to ensure that the rolling isn’t so tight as to result in permanent curl.

Framed orders
All frames offered through the site do not have a glass or acrylic front. All pictures are coated with a protective UV laminate - as detailed below. If glass is a preference, we recommend that you order your picture unframed and then specify your preference at your local framer. All framed orders are enclosed and shipped in a protective cardboard casing.

Picture Protection
Due to the large and a-typical formats of these panoramas, we coat each image with a UV laminate. This provides protection against handprints and the harmful effects of the sun. This is perfect for mounting on board and negates the need for expensive glass when framing. Although this laminate does not impact upon the colour or sharpness of the image, it can be excluded upon special request by email at the time of ordering.

All prints are printed from very high resolution files on to high quality matt papers using professional inks that ensure even tones and subtle colours are preserved and that longevity prevails.

It should be noted that direct sunlight has a bleaching effect on all imagery, no matter how good the paper, ink or laminate. We recommend that your image be hung in a space that does not endure prolonged direct sunlight.

Returns
If the package arrives in an unsatisfactory or damaged state - it is important that you email us within 4 days with pictures of the issue, and arrange for the return of the product in its original package within 7 days. The details of the courier will accompany the image. We can take no responsibility for any damage after 4 days of receipt of the product.

Any damaged product that is identified to us by email within 4 days of receipt by you will be fully reimbursed or replaced within 14 days.

Unwanted products must be posted back to us within 7 days of delivery for a full refund - time in transit will be accounted for providing express transit is used. The cost for the return will be borne by you unless the product is somehow damaged. The full price will be fully reimbursed to you within 10 days of receipt of the picture by us in perfect condition.

The full refund will not apply where:

• We have not been informed by email in advance that there is an issue with the product
• The product shows signs of wear and tear through use
• Reasonable care has not been taken to keep the original packaging intact
• The returned item has not been received by us within 2 weeks of the original delivery

Limitations on Liability
We make no warranty as to the accuracy of the information we place on this website. Information and descriptions of the setting of pictures relies largely on information gleaned from other sites for which we will not be held accountable. In the instance that such information is found to be inaccurate and was relied upon as a rationale for purchase - please inform us by email and we will discuss whether a refund is warranted.

VAT
VAT will not initially be charged on purchases from this website. This will change in time and will be clearly indicated on the site’s cart.

Customs and Import Duties
International Tax, Customs and Import Duties are not included in the prices displayed on this website. In the instance that these have to be paid, the courier will notify you and it will be up to you to make the appropriate payment in order to secure the receipt of your goods. Failure to do so may result in your purchases not arriving on time - or at all.
